Villas do Indico is a beachfront lodge 10kms north of the town of Vilancoulos. We discovered it last year on our camping trip and became good friends with Steve and Ninon and their son Freddie who live next door. We are back to visit. This place is a little piece of paradise!
Early Monday morning we are up and ready for our boat trip to Bazaruto with Steve and Freddie.
We saw dolphins, snorkelled on 2 Mile Reef and enjoyed a picnic on Bazaruto Island while Neil went fishing.
Hanlie and I enjoyed our wine in the sea.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday a cold front brought cool,windy,overcast weather. We spent the days lolling about on the verandah and managed to catch up on some admin. Hanlie and I planned our Namibia 2025 trip. We braaied and watched movies at Steve and Ninon's place.
On Thursday we went into town for a bit of shopping.
We had lunch at Bahia Mar Hotel.
We loved our time here and next year we will be back.
