Thursday : We loved the Acropolis Museum.
Then we headed to Syntagma Square.
And high tea at historic Hotel Grand Bretagne.
We whiled away our afternoon downtown and people watching at a street cafe.
We enjoyed extended sundowners at Athens Tiki Bar then dinner at our neighbourhood Opos Palia.
Friday : It was a slow start with coffee from Bakery Wagee before heading across to Hotel Amarilia in Voliagmeni; basically a coastal suburb of Athens. Another long lunch; today at seaside Garbi.
We met up with the Eikos sailing group for dinner at Panorama Restaurant.
Food and views - this is Greece 2026 so far!
