On a road trip in Missisippi in 2016 we had the best fried chicken at " The Old Country Store " in Lehman, so we returned. Nothing much had changed. The chicken is still awesome and Arthur is still serenading his guests.
All over this part of the South you find "mounds" constructed by indigenous people roughly 1000 to 1600 AD.
