It's impossible to convey in a FB post everything fascinating you experience in India. Ahmedabad is an intetesting city.
Every minute there's something different impacting your sensory system.
The only other country where we feel like this is Japan and these two places couldn't be more different. Chaos vs order. Some life changing advice - Travel! As often and as extreme as you can.. and put India and Japan on your bucket list!
Now for the day in Ahmedabad...we visited 3 temples and 2 mosques, historic and modern, some restricting photography altogether. All the photos are random.
We also visited an amazing 15thC stepwell.
And the excellent Calico Museum of Textiles.
You probably know that trouping around for over 2 hours on a guided tour is not our thing but it was fine. Once again we had to leave our phones and even our watches and water in the car. Kesar took us to the Friday evening Happy Street market for a bit of shopping.
Another delicious dinner back at Mani again and an early night.
