Saturday 18 and Sunday 19th April
The border crossing into Eswatini at Oshoek was easy and the shopping at Pick n Pay in Ezulwini better than expected. We spent two nights at Mlilwane Game Reserve and had the campsite virtually to ourselves.
It's not a "Big 5" but we enjoyed the game viewing and bird watching with especially good sightings of Roan Antelope.
No early mornings; just finding our camping rhythm.
One afternoon we drove up to the historic Riley's Hotel. I encouraged Andrew to just drive past all the "guest's only" signs and when we arrived the place was deserted. They were very welcoming and did manage to serve us a pricey sunset GnT on the verandah.
