This is more rushed than our trip but do-able. Remember that driving is very slow.
For an even shorter trip, try flying in to Marrakesh for just 2 nights and out of Casablanca in the evening the day after Chefchaouen.
We flew Egyptair via Cairo.
I booked the car on ebookers.co.uk and we got a car from Sixt.
We did all the bookings ourselves using Airbnb, Booking.com and Hotels.com.
We bought a sim card (Orange) at the airport and drew cash from ATMs using our foreign cards. Most places don't take a credit cards.
